Why DNA
Your DNA Doesn't change
But its effect on your life does. It can influence how strongly your habits, environment and choices shape your outcomes.
What DNA can reveal
More than ancestry A deeper look at you
Your genes hold clues to six areas of your life. Each one shows where your body starts, so you know where a small change makes the biggest difference.
-
Nutrition
How your body responds to different foods and nutrients.
-
Fitness
How you build strength and stamina, sleep and recover.
-
Looks
What your skin and hair need, from sensitivity to ageing.
-
Thinking
How you focus, learn, remember and make decisions.
-
Relationships
How you connect with others, one to one and in a team.
-
Weight
How your appetite, fat storage and diet response work.
Why it matters
Your genes aren't destiny They are your multiplier
We call this the Genetic Multiplier. It shows how strongly your body responds to what you do. Your genes decide how much each choice counts. Your daily choices decide the rest.
-
Your genes
How much each choice counts for your body.
-
Your choices
How you eat, move, sleep and handle stress.
-
Your outcome
What all your choices add up to, year after year.

See how DNA multiplies your potential
Tommy and Sam show the Genetic Multiplier in 90 seconds: two people, different outcomes. Knowledge determines the path they take.
The science
Backed by research Built for real life
Nine independent studies point the same way. The same effort gives different people very different results. A plan built for your genes gets far more from it.

Questions
Plain answers about your DNA
What can my DNA tell me?
It reads clues to six areas of your life: nutrition, fitness, looks, thinking, relationships and weight. For each one it shows where your body starts, so you can see where a small change will count most.
If my DNA never changes, why does it matter?
Because your genes set how strongly your body responds to what you do. We call this the Genetic Multiplier: your genes decide how much each choice counts, and your daily choices decide the rest.
Is a wellness DNA test the same as a medical test?
No. A wellness test deals in tendencies and is not a medical diagnosis, so it should never replace a doctor, medical screening or treatment. What it does well is show your baseline, such as how you handle caffeine, carbohydrates and exercise.
Is there research behind this?
Yes. Nine independent studies, each linked on this page, point the same way: the same effort gives different people very different results. In one, nutrition advice built on DNA gave 3.7 times more weight loss than standard advice (Healthcare, MDPI, 2026).
Can I use a DNA report I already have?
Usually, yes. Upload it and we read the traits it covers. Not every report maps every trait, so a report that is thin or not compatible leaves some traits locked until you take a test that covers them.
Can insurers in Singapore use my DNA test?
Not for an ordinary application. Singapore life insurers may not ask for your genetic results, and consumer DNA tests are never accepted for underwriting. The one exception is clinical genetic tests on high-value cover, above S$2 million of life cover or S$500,000 of critical illness.
Your future isn't set
It's yours to shape
Get your DNA results, or upload the report you already have, and see what makes you different. Then turn what you learn into action.
