The Singapore platform helps turn DNA reports into personalised wellness insights.
It connects users with relevant products, services and professionals.
SINGAPORE, 15 September 2025. ConnectingDNA has launched the beta version of what the company describes as the world’s first AI-powered DNA-Wellness marketplace. People who take a DNA test receive a large amount of information about themselves and are often left to work out what to do next. The platform is built to close that gap.
Why a beta first
The marketplace opens as a beta, an early version that is still being built. ConnectingDNA chose to launch this way to test the market and hear from users and vendors first. Their feedback will shape what comes next, so the platform people see today is expected to change.
How does the marketplace work?
Users can upload a compatible DNA report securely and ask questions in ordinary language, such as “What foods may support my focus?” ConnectingDNA’s system reads the question alongside the genetic traits available in that person’s report.
From insight to action
Information alone does not change behaviour. From their traits, users can move straight to relevant products, services and professionals on the marketplace, including nutritionists and fitness coaches.
The aim is to shorten the journey between “I know something about my body” and “I know what I can do next.”
For wellness providers
Wellness professionals can join ConnectingDNA as vendors and use the available genetic insights as context when designing a programme, instead of starting every customer relationship from scratch.
Why the market matters
The global wellness industry was projected to reach US$7.4 trillion by 2025, according to the Global Wellness Institute, and consumer DNA testing keeps getting more accessible. Yet many DNA services still end at the report.
Protecting genetic data
At launch, ConnectingDNA said it had cybersecurity measures in place and was working towards ISO 27001 certification, which it was awarded in April 2026.
From the founder
“The wellness industry has long relied heavily on trial and error”, said Cedric Lee, founder and CEO of ConnectingDNA. “Our goal is to give people another piece of information about themselves, then make that information easier to understand and act on.”
