I have a DNA report.
So what?

You read your DNA report once, then forgot it. Here is what it is for.

Most DNA tests end in the same place.

You take a test, wait a few weeks, and receive a long report filled with traits, scores and recommendations.

You might learn that you process caffeine differently, need more recovery after exercise, or have certain nutritional tendencies.

Interesting? Yes.

But then comes the harder question:

What should I actually do differently tomorrow?

A man on a bench with a folder open on his lap, leafing through a printed report with a page of coloured charts
The report arrives, and it is read once. What happens after that page is the part nobody has designed... until now.

That is the problem ConnectingDNA was built to solve.

ConnectingDNA turns your DNA data into a personal wellness system you can use every day.

You can upload a DNA report you already have or take a DNA test through us. We then turn that information into a Bio-Profile that helps you understand your traits, choose a personal goal, follow practical daily actions, and find products, services or professionals matched to your needs.

A DNA report tells you about yourself. ConnectingDNA helps you use that information.

Information was never the problem

Most DNA reports already contain plenty of information.

The problem is turning that information into a decision.

Knowing that your body may respond differently to carbohydrates does not tell you what to choose for lunch.

Knowing you have certain sleep-related traits does not tell you what to change tonight.

Knowing how your skin may respond to sunlight does not tell you which product or routine makes sense for you.

A woman at a supermarket shelf holding a red pepper in one hand and a yellow one in the other
The decision happens here, not on page 40 of your DNA report. The information has to be in the aisle with you.

For genetic information to become useful, three things need to happen: it needs to be understandable, it needs to appear when you are making a decision, and it needs to lead to something you can actually do.

That is what sits on top of the DNA report in ConnectingDNA.

Meet your Bio-Profile

The Bio-Profile is the foundation of ConnectingDNA.

It is an interactive profile you can access from your phone or computer. Instead of leaving your genetic information inside a PDF, it organises it into a format designed for everyday use.

At the top are your five Bio-Attributes: Physical, Energy, Skin, Social and Mind.

Think of these as a simple overview of the patterns found across your profile.

A phone showing the Bio-Profile dashboard: a row of three doors, Archetype, Helix Rank and Daily Insight, then five Bio-Attribute bars scored 76, 68, 65, 47 and 47 for Physical, Energy, Skin, Social and Mind, each with a phrase under it, then Your Goal Plan, Improve sleep quality, Day 1 of 90, with a row of days and Today 24 outlined, and at the foot the heading Traits in your favour with a See all link
The Bio-Profile dashboard on a phone: your five Bio-Attributes, each one expressing your potential towards that category.

From there, you can explore more than 100 individual traits, each explained in plain language. You can see where you sit on a scale, what that trait may mean for you, and explore it further without having to understand gene names or scientific terminology.

When you have a question, the built-in AI companion can use your Bio-Profile as context to help explain the trait and what it may mean in everyday situations.

Instead of asking: “What does this gene mean?” you can ask: “What does this mean for me?”

A phone showing the VO2 Max trait in the Bio-Profile: the trait's head with its scale from Very Low to Super High and the reading High, Part of Energy, an illustration of a figure with the heart and lungs lit, a plain-English paragraph on what the trait means, and two buttons, Ask about this trait and Nurture This Trait
A trait from the Bio-Profile system. It shows the genetic multiplier scale of that trait, an animated image representing this trait, and the ability to explore it with your private AI companion.

Your Bio-Profile also brings these patterns together into a DNA-Archetype, a simple way of understanding how different parts of your genetic profile relate to one another.

An illustration from the Tide's own page: a man in a plum hoodie kneeling on the grass of a seaside park at sunset, fixing a cyclist's wheel while the cyclist sits beside him with a hand on his helmet, joggers and a big wheel on the skyline behind
The Tide, one of the 32 DNA-Archetypes that you can discover through a DNA test report, or preview in our 2-min quiz.

But understanding yourself is only the first step. The next question is what you want to improve.

From insight to daily plan

Once you choose a goal, ConnectingDNA can build a 90-Day Goal Plan around your profile.

For example, your goal might be to sleep better.

Instead of giving you another long report, your Goal Plan turns that goal into small actions you can follow each day.

Tonight’s actions might be as simple as keeping the same bedtime, taking something already part of your routine, putting your phone away earlier, or spending a little more time outside during the day.

A phone showing Today's checklist in a Goal Plan, 2 of 5 done today, a row of days with Today 24 outlined, five items each with a tag, two of them ticked and struck through, then Your 3-month plan and Why this goal fits you
Today's checklist in a 90-Day Goal Plan for better sleep: five small actions, ticked as you go.

The important difference is that you are no longer reading about your DNA. You are using it as one input for what you do next.

Your Goal Plan stays inside your Bio-Profile, so you can check off actions, see your progress and continue the plan day by day.

That is the difference between a report and a plan.

Beyond the checklist

Some goals require more than a checklist.

You may need a nutrition product, a fitness programme, a wellness service, a coach or another form of support.

ConnectingDNA has a marketplace of participating products, services and professionals.

The ConnectingDNA marketplace in a desktop window: the line Live Your Life by Design, a search box reading Tell us your health challenge or lifestyle goal, tabs for DNA, Fitness, Nutrition, Mind, Healing and Beauty, and a row of product and service cards with ratings and prices
The marketplace: products, services and professionals, searched by the goal you tell it rather than by a category.

Your Goal Plan identifies the areas of support relevant to your goal. The platform can then show options that match those needs and your profile, rather than starting from a generic questionnaire.

A phone showing the Nurture this trait list for VO2 Max in the Bio-Profile: two picks from the shop, a high-energy fitness programme at S$60 and a fitness genes programme at S$597, then a Browse the marketplace button
Matches under a trait: what the shop holds for VO2 Max, each pick with its price, and the door to the whole marketplace under them.

This creates a direct path from “Here is something your DNA suggests about you” to “Here are practical options that may help you act on it.”

You remain in control of what you choose.

When you want a professional

Some people are comfortable following a Goal Plan themselves. Others want a person helping them.

That is where a Bio-Plan comes in.

A Bio-Plan is a professionally guided programme delivered by a participating coach, nutritionist, trainer or clinic that has been trained to work with the Bio-Profile.

The professional can work from the same profile you see, so they have more personal context when designing your programme.

Instead of starting every relationship with “What are your goals?”, they can also understand: “What does this person’s profile suggest we should pay attention to?”

Three pages of a sample Bio-Plan fanned on a pale surface: a dark cover reading Bio-Plan, DNA Based 12 Weeks Training, a page headed Key Findings at a Glance with a table of traits, and a page headed 12-Week Training Plan with three numbered phases
Three pages of a sample Bio-Plan, written by a personal trainer for a client's twelve-week programme: the cover, the key findings read off the client's traits, and the plan itself.

A Bio-Plan usually runs over several months, with the professional helping you apply the plan and adjust it over time.

A Goal Plan is self-guided. A Bio-Plan adds a professional to the journey.

Your DNA remains your data

None of this works if you do not trust where your genetic information goes.

Your Bio-Profile belongs to you.

You can export your information, delete it, or take it with you. ConnectingDNA states that your genome is not treated as an asset of the company.

ConnectingDNA is certified to ISO/IEC 27001 and operates within Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act requirements.

Your DNA should help you make better decisions. It should not take control of those decisions away from you.

ConnectingDNA in five steps

This is the simplest way to understand ConnectingDNA.

  1. Your DNA data becomes your Bio-Profile.
  2. Your Bio-Profile helps you understand yourself.
  3. Your goal turns that understanding into daily actions.
  4. The marketplace helps you find relevant support.
  5. And when you want professional guidance, a Bio-Plan brings a trained Partner into the process.

The science does not end with a PDF. That is where it starts becoming useful.

What do I do next?

Turn your DNA report into a Bio-Profile. It explains your traits in plain language, sorts them into five Bio-Attributes, builds a 90-day Goal Plan around one goal, and points you to products, services or a Partner who can help. If your report is compatible with our system, you do not need another DNA test. Where you start depends on where you are now:

Already have a DNA report?
Upload your report and turn it into a Bio-Profile. If your report is compatible with our system, you do not need another DNA test.
Never taken a DNA test?
Start with a DNA test and your results can become the foundation of your Bio-Profile.
Not ready for a DNA test yet?
Try the free DNA-Archetype quiz. It uses your answers rather than your genetic data, so it is not the same as a DNA-based Bio-Profile, but it gives you a simple introduction to the idea.
